Prose

This section of Il Pietrisco is directed by Chiara Battisti and Carmela Pierini

The aim of the section Prose is to:

• To create an online book club with the participation of well-known academics;
  
• Publish new texts (short stories; serialized novels) by emerging or less known writers;
  
• Organise online live interviews and readings;
  
• Exploring the potential of prose in an interdisciplinary manner with other artisticfields of research such as visual art, advertising, fashion, music, theatre, philosophy, and other contexts;
• The use of prose in the social context: prose and its potential as a medical tool for wellbeing; prose as material for improving didactical programmes; prose as a tool to overcome gender, race, disability discrimination.
